I recall the exact moment when I realized I had a passion for helping people get organized. While having lunch with a relative, she started describing how she needed help in her home with cleaning. But the more I listened I realized it was also de-cluttering and organizing that was needed. Something in me leaped and I felt the excitement of wanting to jump in and help. It was then I also realized that organizing has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. Everything in my room, in my car on my desk at work has a place or as Professional Organizer calls it, a “home”. Putting things in their proper place or “home” is the beginning of order and organization. I am grateful to be able to add value to people’s lives by sharing what comes naturally for me. I thrive on creating order, keeping things simple and being efficient.
With 23 years in corporate background I hold both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. My most enjoyable and rewarding positions were the years I worked as both a Customer Care Manager and Quality Program Manager. Resolving customer issues, simplifying and documenting processes was more than a job but a passion for improving customer satisfaction and ensuring processes run smooth.
As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) I am continually taking advantage of the educational courses available and have access to a vast amount of resources that will aid me in finding the right solutions for your project. Having joined the local NAPO – Georgia chapter I now have had the opportunity to network and collaborate with like professionals.
